Josué 6

Now Jericho was closed, shut up before the children of Israel; no one going out, and no one coming in.

And Jehovah said to Joshua: Behold, I have given Jericho into your hand, its king, and the mighty men of valor.

You shall go around the city, all the men of war; you shall go all around the city once. Thus you shall do six days.

And seven priests shall bear seven shofars of rams horns before the ark. And the seventh day you shall go around the city seven times, and the priests shall blow the shofars.

And it shall come to pass, when they make a long blast with the rams horn, and when you hear the sound of the shofar, that all the people shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city shall fall down flat. And the people shall go up every man straight before him.

And Joshua the son of Nun called the priests and said to them, Take up the ark of the covenant, and let seven priests bear seven shofars of rams horns before the ark of Jehovah.

And he said to the people, Pass along, and go around the city, and let him who is armed go along before the ark of Jehovah.
